Scheduling for nurses and cnas within facility ppd. Finding coverage for vacant positions, callouts, requests off, etc. Limiting and reducing agency usage whenever possible! Positing updated daily and rotating every 2 week schedules. On call for weekends. Assist in on call during the week.

Also order nursing supplies while doing my best to maintain facility’s monthly budget.

Started here as a cna after high school graduation. Took geriatric specialist, mentoring courses offered through the company. 2008-2012 moved into scheduling position.
