· Greeting patients, creating a welcoming environment , while also adding value and controlling the flow of the appointment.
· Responding to all patient phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
· Guiding patients entirely through out-of-network experience and updates about insurance coverage.
· Entering patient data with a high accuracy rate.
· Providing general patient care via building rapport, scheduling treatments.
· Preparing treatment area, managing inventory and cleaning equipment.
· Assisting & educating patients about exercises as well as demonstrations.
