Lead teachers in best instructional practices through PLCs and feedback from informal instructional walks.
Gain teacher feedback and voice through yearly surveys that provide me with direct feedback on my next steps with instructional support.
Track data through module assessments, CFA, and benchmarks to make an actionable instructional plan for teachers.
Complete coaching cycles with teachers, where we work as a team to strengthen an identified area of growth.
Working with teacher leads to building teacher leaders within the building who can help support teacher growth through sharing knowledge in PLCs and being model classrooms.
