I was a licensed life insurance agent with five years of customer service and management role experienced in the insurance industry in the financial sector. I managed client’s and team’s accounts using company platforms and assisted client’s and prospective clients with income needs and financial goals to determine the best suitable financial product for purchase. I was responsible for explaining company applications, policies, procedures and generating quotes. I informed and trained licensed team members on company updates, applications, procedures and protocols to ensure quality of work. I set goals, review reports and create alignment to accomplish recruiting and sales goals. I provided excellent experiences and built relationship with my network and clients, which allowed me to obtained referrals and increase sale goals. Currently, I work a casual position; every Saturdays, at Midwest Radiology as a Medical Receptionist. I check- in patients, answer inbound calls, schedule patients, cancel appointments, process payments and update patients’ profile as needed. I love to work with people and provide them services that will help them be successful.
