Responsible for the upkeep of school buildings inside and out. Manage other employees to ensure they clean their areas on a everyday school is in session.. responsible for uploading work orders. Responsible for training new employees. Stripping and waxing floors experience, running floor machines, running carpet shampooers. Responsible for scheduling classes for the newest chemicals and explaining those to the employees. There is monthly safety inspections and require testing afterwards. Responsible for completing yearly testing in order to work at a school. Working with chemicals and knowing how to use them. Able to lift up to 50 lb, replacing light bulbs and keeping equipment running. Responsible for teaching employees on how to use the equipment. Responsible for making sure all buildings are locked and secure. Responsible for evaluations on employees and their areas.
