• Check In and out patients while verifying information, collecting payments, sending paperwork/meds as needed
• Checking the mail, filing paperwork, scanning paperwork, as well as general "office" duties for a small clinic
• Following along with each exam to prepare exam trays, medications, paperwork, and assistance.
• Running labs during the appointment as well as sending labs out each night
• Drawing blood as needed from patients after appointments as well as having a service line of up to 5 people per day that I have to manage in addition to all the other clinic duties
• Organizing the clinic to planogram as well as keeping things clean and tidying and sending out weekly purchase orders.
• Take and perform phone calls as needed to patients when the provider has questions or further information is needed
• Provide excellent costumer service at the front desk as well as make conversation and keep the patient comfortable during a blood draw for anywhere from 5-15 minutes.

Manage daily functions of store operations including:

• Making pizzas
• Customer satisfaction
• Prepping food
• Taking phone calls
• Making/looking over schedules
• Money management including being in charge of daily cash deposits
• Placing store food supply orders
• Managing and training staff
• Be a second person to interview potential employees
