• Conducted individual and group counseling of inmates, along with psychological assessments and testing of inmates.
• Ran the Secure Residential Treatment Unit (SRTU) for mentally challenged inmates that had significant behavioral issues that caused placement in the Residential Housing Unit (RHU). During the 18 months of using Godly principles in directing the program, 18 mentally challenged inmates were promoted back to the General Population of the Correctional Facility.

• Began part time, then moved to full time.
• Worked with mentally challenged children and adolescents and their families with a caseload of up to 14 individuals and families.
• Conducted psychological assessments, formulated and followed treatment plans to assist children and adolescents and their families to communicate in a more healthy manner and to work through issues that hindered healthy social interaction
