Training is completed before expiration / due dates under my supervision to stay in compliance for our numerous accrediting and licensing bodies and entities. I will also train people in driving company vans as well as performing proper pat down screenings where necessary.

- I work 1:1, and in groups, with children aged 6-22 every day. My duties include data collection, running behavior plan protocols, teaching IEP outcomes, and general classroom orientation. I employ the principles of ABA every time I am in contact with any of our clientele. I step into other roles such as transporting children from their group home to school, and back, on a daily basis.
- The most important, and difficult aspect of my job, is relationship building.
- As I collect data, I transcribe in a way that is meaningful to each client’s treatment team. Recording every aspect of every day and every ABA session is important. I always take my duties as a mandated reporter very seriously.
