  • In charge of managing service operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinated and assigned help desk ticket requests from the customers to technicians or vendors and then followed up to ensure work was completed and up to our standards of quality.
  • Met with existing customers and potential new customers to discuss any service needs and offer available solutions. This included reviewing building plans and blueprints of purposed projects.
