As the Associate Principal of a middle school, my role involves supporting and enhancing the school's leadership team to ensure a positive, effective learning environment. I collaborate closely with the principal, teachers, staff, and students to implement school policies, oversee daily operations, and address both academic and behavioral challenges. I play a key role in shaping school culture by fostering a climate of respect, inclusivity, and academic excellence. Additionally, I help drive professional development, support the implementation of instructional strategies, and monitor student progress to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed. My leadership responsibilities also extend to facilitating communication between parents, staff, and the community to strengthen partnerships that support student growth and achievement.

• As the Director of HR Staffing and Talent Acquisition for the second largest school district in Wisconsin, I play pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of our HR department by overseeing four crucial units: HRIS Systems, Hiring Team, Licensing and Onboarding, and Substitute Office
• My leadership is instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of human resources processes, from recruitment to onboarding, and maintaining a workforce that aligns with our district’s goals and values
