During my time at Russell Medical Center I was very diligent in insurance verification and maintaining confidentiality. Being the first point of the patient experience I feel that it was my responsibility to be polite, welcoming and presentable. I have experience in delivering empathetic customer service and managing sensitive information. I'm also knowledgable in a fast paced invironment and completing assignments and ready to help my team members. I acquired many lifelong friendships with my coworkers, whom I am still in contact today. Upon leaving my employment at the Medical Center I had accrued hundreds of hours of personal and sick leave, some of which I had given to coworkers who were in need of PTO hours.
