  • Designed and managed a two-story showroom, and interacted with end-users, as well as the community of designers. I offered a very personal touch for those who needed special attention to see their personal vision completed.
  • Identified new customers through pipelining, pre-qualification, and territory analysis among the A&D communities for the commercial market, as well as high-end residential.
  • Presented a series of monthly courses (CEUs) to educate the designer on various products, setting materials, and the fabrication process. Emphasis on the quantity of product production by offering plant tours on-site.
  • Managed all vendor relationships, in-house library, and coordination of PKs for our entire sales team, and estimators. Ensured timely material procurement for all projects in accordance with fabrication and installation schedules.
  • Very active in the design organization community, including IIDA, AIA, NKBA, & ASID. Presently, I am a board member of IIDA for the 2025-2026 term.
  • Optimized operational processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of installations. Spearhead a round table to create new contract proposal templates, certificates of completion, and modified pricing tables to streamline the estimation of projects.
