  • Implemented NetSuite ERP and WMS with no downtime to the business or disruption to operations.
  • Designed new distribution center for a new buildout. Relocated all operations from 130,000 sq ft to 203,000 sq ft with no disruption to the customer.

  • Partnered with the stakeholders to develop a business case to justify purchase of a third party HR SAAS system. Managed implementation partner and developed customizations specific to business requirements and integration.
  • Created methodology plan and proof of concept approach for Mobile Applications; however, this initiative was put on hold due to budget constraints.
  • Established Oracle Governance Committee to promote transparency and communication, manage the technical roadmap for Essilor’s ERP, reduce costs and improve operational efficiency with standard functionality and best practices.
