At the age of 11, I began the enjoyment of working with people and doing their hair. I was brought up in a low income family, the only thing for me to do was hair. My father was very protective over my sister and myself so I was one of those kid that had to stay in the front of the house well it all way gave me a chance to be able to meet. This is when I would inform them that I can do there hair. This person tells one person and everyone will ask can and would I do their hair gives me pleasure when I'll doing someone hair and they are happy with the end results. I specialize in hair care depending on what problems or cases someone may have dealing when dealing with their hair. Also to educated the person so they can be able if he or she are able to do their hair on there own. when i graduated from high school in 1985 I was still doing hair. I had two kids by the time I was 31 years old. I worked for the board of education and raised my kids in the school system until my son graduated from high school and my daughter was in her last year of high school I went back to school for cosmetology in 2009 -2010 and graduated from cosmetology school from the Middletown beauty school. At this time I am working at Gaucho Salon Barbershop from November 2025-until the present. As of today 2026 I work under my LLC; STYLE & GO, LLC by CYNTHIA TROCHE.
- Performed haircuts, color treatments, and styling services based on client preferences. Provided a variety of men's and women's haircuts, including skin fades, flat tops, scissor cuts, pixies, and layered cuts. Offered additional services such as hair weaving, braiding, finger waves, and pineapple waves.
