Key operations point of contact for all department related products/line extensions projects and manage other department specific projects aimed at optimizing the department’s performance. • Operations lead for three new product lines in 2023. Assisted with scoping of project and identified risks and controls when implementing procedure. • Performs and thoroughly documents all aspects of processing tissue (debridement, dissection, cutting, cleaning and disinfection, sizing, assessing) according to current procedures and protocols.

• Responsible for daily management/supervision of operations for entire donor center including 50+ employees
