Responsible for:
- Customer Service: responsible for supporting dozens of customer inquiries daily (chat and phone) and leveraging insights to create the support playbook;
- Procurement: finding and developing multiple suppliers, planning and negotiation;
- Marketing: Facebook and in-marketplace ads campaign creation and management;
- Operations: product listing, Fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Responsible for customer experience ( pre-sale, service and returns), commercial (preparation and presentation of the treatment plan and proposal), marketing (creation and execution of Google, FB, and IG online campaigns), and execution of treatments.
