I work as a banquet server on the weekends. In this position we focus on fine dining service. I work for a catering company. We serve stations of food, pass appetizers, plate food etc.. We also focus on making sure our tables look presentable by polishing silverware and properly organizing them on the tables, and napkin folding. Along with that we make sure our food stations/ buffet looks presentable by adding greenery around the areas. And we also make sure our food platters/ Charcuteries are decorated for presentations.

I also worked with the operations side of the same catering company i serve with . In this position i made sure our packages and carts for events were being delivered to its right location , I also made sure everything that was needed for the event was sent.

At St.James , I worked as a substitute teacher along with afterschool care . Here I made sure our kids were being taken care of , kind of like daycare but this was an actual school where we taught kids how to do work on their own. We also made sure our kids ate lunch and properly use the restroom, we also watched over them during recess

As a Kitchen Manager at Chipotle i ensured our food was properly prepped and cooked responsibly. I also ran the back of the house during opening and ensure proper food safety procedures were followed
