Greeted residents, employees and contractors as they entered the building. Patrolled the premises on foot and using the electric two wheel scooter. Used my customer service skills by answering heavy volume telephone calls, assisted residents and contractors with their needs. Made sure all visitors signed the log sheets upon entering the building, monitored security cameras, and quickly responded to emergency situations.

Worked as a part time Banquet Server at the Marriott Hotel. Assisted setting up dining tables in various rooms by placing utensils, napkins, beverages and food on the tables serving approximately 50-300 people, greeting all guest with courtesy. Checking on guess throughout the evening making sure their were no complaints and they were satisfied with the service that were provided. Clean assigned dining halls and breakdown table and chairs. assist co-workers when needed.
