While working at Taco Bell, I had to be in a fast-paced environment making food, while making sure it was made correctly. I made food, worked the register, and helped customers with complaints. During my time there, I adapted to great customer service, making sure all customers are satisfied.

• Organized and stocked the beverage station with cups, lids, straws, condiments, napkins and other items as needed.
• Maintained cleanliness of the dining area including tables, chairs, floors and trash receptacles.
• Helping the manager out whenever she needs anything, and offering to help with some manager work.

• Answered customer inquiries and provided accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assisted customers with product selection, ordering, billing, returns, exchanges and technical support.
• Developed strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance and support.
• Provided excellent customer service to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
