- I handle all list jobs; they are special jobs that need to be processed quickly because they have a quick turnaround for delivery.
- I conduct production and scheduling meetings when my lead is out.
- I assist our dispatcher when they are out of the office with locking down loads for a specific week, and I work on logistics for our trucking companies for shipping purposes. I'm the lead coordinator in troubleshooting and mitigating any shipping issues.
