I oversaw daily operations. I made sure product was first in, first out, and made sure the team was properly in their place on the hour. I was customer facing and made sure myself and my team made drink properly. I made sure the truck was put away in a fast time and I took on work that was above my pay and position. I did end of month inventory, counted the safe, made bank runs and did orders for the store, all that an ASM was in charge of.

I have experince in all areas of the store, such as selling, stock, operations and making schedules. I was mainly in charge of Talent and Operations, so I trained and developed associates as well as managers. I have written schedules, sent of consol, and ran a store for 6 months. I have been ASM in Oregon, Washington and Colorado.

I was in charge of front of house mostly, making sure customers were getting quick service as well as food quality was up to our standards. I performed cash audits nightly, performed inventory weekly, ordered food 3 times a week, as well as training new associates and developing managers. I was a Kitchen Manager for 6 months and was in charge of back of house, as well as prepared food, prepped food and assisted the front of house with timely service.
