LoveServes is a nonprofit that offers mentoring and coaching to pastors in the Dominican Republic and Guatemala to develop healthy churches that serve their communities. A large component of the effort is through family counseling. They established one of the largest counseling centers in the Dominican Republic.

• Offer counsel, feedback and ideas to organization's leaders on operations since 2016.
• Advise on strategic matters for expansion to other countries outside of the Dominican Republic and Guatemala, and Brazil.
• Lead marketing efforts and strategies and manage social media accounts.

• Assist children's pastor in overseeing Grace Kids Ministry at Grace Community Church.
• Observe, adjust and implement changes to provide excellent care for all children and families that come through four weekly services.
• Greet and support families at check-in and check-out.
• Analyze metrics to improve and optimize security, support and service.
• Monitored safety to maintain standards to protect children in our care.
• Contribute in developing and implementing programs and training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with volunteers.
• Developing Operation Standards and Protocols, Procedures for employees, and volunteers.
• Developing classroom standards and parent guideline.

• Coach clients' transition from work to retied life.
• Counsel clients during stock market volatility.
• Oversee process improvement initiatives.
• Manage development issues.
• Spearhead marketing initiatives.

• Mother of four children ages 10, 12, 14, 16.
• Two special needs children. Actively engaged with therapeutic and psychiatric care.
• Raising four children in all aspects with hopes they are compassionate, independent, productive, balanced individuals who will contribute to society in their unique ways.

Grace Community Church was designated as a hurricane relief distribution center. During the first week there were over 1000 volunteers.

• Full-time volunteer.
• Work closely with pastors and church staff to coordinate efforts of the operation.
• Ensure flow and supply chain efficiency and address issues as they arise.
• Lead, listen, motivate and train volunteers.
