Opening duties such as filling condiments for the caddies that the guest will be using. Sweeping and mopping the front of house before the doors are opened. Portioning ranch, bleu cheese, and celery seeing as we’re a wing spot. Getting the sweet and unsweet tea’s ready as well as the soft drink station and making sure cups, napkins, straws, lemons etc… are all stocked up and ready before doors open.
During shift taking orders correctly and double checking that order before putting it in. Whether on the tablet or POS system. Then keeping up with refills on drinks or condiments or whatever the guest may need. Ensuring everything comes out fast and efficiently. Closing duties making sure the sections are completely swept up, cleaned, and mopped once again. And that everything is put away properly so the next shift can come in and and get started right away
