As Director of Soccer at Multnomah University, I have been on a six year journey developing strategic planning and team management to become a servant leader, helping youth graduate, while producing high-performing teams, enhancing collaboration and professional growth. With a track record in optimizing resources, growing programs 15 to 20% each year, maintaining a retention rate 90% each year, while boosting athlete development on and off the field, growth has added leadership ability to help increase team and individual growth significantly.

Proficient in budget management and fostering strong relationships, I excel in operational strategy and athlete mentoring. Encouraging manager and analytical problem-solver with talents for team building, leading and motivating, as well as excellent relations aptitude and relationship-building skills. Proficient in using independent decision-making skills and sound judgment to positively impact people success. Dedicated to applying training, monitoring and morale-building abilities to enhance team engagement and boost performance. Overall being Blessed with the teaching and calling by God as listening to his wants and needs throughout this journey. This is not just a job this is a calling coupled with a lifestyle.
