Growing up in Utah I have always had a love for the outdoors! I enjoy mountain biking, boating, skiing and just about anything you can do outside in Utah. Working in the health and wellness industry for so long, I have grown to appreciate the amount of hard work it takes to be a healthy person. I do my best to live up to that standard through healthy eating, supplementation and physical fitness. I grew up playing sports my whole life and still have a passion for them to this day!
