• (Operating and monitoring packaging machines to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products. Inspecting products and packaging materials for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards. Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions, including clearing jams and making minor repairs, Maintaining accurate records of production, including counts of finished and rejected items.)
• - 10 Douglas Machine
• (Ability to understand the mechanics of machinery and perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks, Meticulous in inspecting products for defects and ensuring quality standards are met. As well as Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required)
• - Line 4 Variety Pack Machine
• (Setting up and adjusting labeling machines to ensure proper label application based on product specifications. Observing the labeling process to identify and resolve any issues, such as misaligned labels or machine malfunctions. Inspecting labels to ensure they are correctly applied, legible, and free of defects. Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating and cleaning the equipment, and troubleshooting minor issues, Working with other team members, such as machine operators or quality control personnel, to ensure smooth production.
• - 6 pack erector machine
• (The machine takes flat, pre-cut six-pack carrier blanks and transforms them into a three-dimensional structure, ready to hold bottles or cans. The machine can handle both 4-pack and 6-pack carriers, and can be configured for different sizes. The machine includes safety features like polycarbonate doors with anti-intrusion switches to ensure operator safety. The responsibility of the 6 pack erector operator includes Troubleshooting and resolving minor machine malfunctions like jams or sealing issues, and reporting significant problems to a supervisor.)
