
Member of the Flagler County Sheriff’s Explorer program for over 4 years. Being in the program helped me develop Strong leadership skills, communication skills and situational awareness skills. Staying focused in stressful situations. Along with public speaking and being involved with the community. I’ve participated in many events such as delegates and state competitions. In just a few years with the program I worked my way up the ranks and became corporal of my post. I’ve grown a passion to serve and help my community and my fellow colleagues.
Community service, volunteering in events, crime prevention activities, various law enforcement administrative assistance. Learning to communicate effectively, leadership, going out of my comfort zone to learn new things. Growing knowledge in traffic stops, officer down, report writing, booking, crisis intervention, domestic violence situations and C.S.I strategies. Having completed over 140 community service hours. In the local observer alongside "Sheriff Rick Staly" for my work ethic and involvement to help shape the next generation. Completed and passed my codes, signals, verbal and physical fitness exams within the Explorers Program. Recognized for handling situations safely and using tactics taught by Flagler law enforcement through the explorers program. Earned a great kid award in 2019 by the great kids program from the Flagler county sheriff’s office. During the Florida Sheriffs Explorers Association state competition in June 2022 my squad and I placed 2nd in "The officer down scenario". Promoted to Corporal position. Awarded "The great kid award" by Sheriff Rick Staly. Awarded A. B Honor roll. Helped to lead in events for the community.
