As a Childcare Provider I have to work with adults to plan and schedule times of childcare, I am also responsible for young children and ensuring their safety and well-being. I have to fill out a time sheet that occurs every month. I will continue to use my knowledge of customer service dealing with families and communicating with them to get their children proper care in all work fields.

I have been going to camp for 7 years. I had been in leadership for 3 years and a camp counselor for 3 years also to this date. I have experience in following a set schedule and working with a team to facilitate activities throughout the day. Being in leadership for 3 years taught me that I am capable of making individualized decisions and incorporating that decision for the well being of a whole. Being a camp counselor taught me responsibility and how to be creative in the work force as challenges may come up at anytime. I am able to think swiftly and stay on course throughout the work day as being a camp counselor is a full week of early mornings and late nights.
