developed the Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) Task Force Mission Decision briefs for all Personnel Recovery missions to the Combined Air Component Commander. His actions led to 45 critical combined rescue missions and 680 personnel recoveries.
As a Functional Area Representative, LCDR Le guided USFK Personnel Recovery manpower readiness modifications for 28 joint personnel requirement advancements to provide a 77% surge in manning of Personnel Recovery forces to bilateral exercises in the Korean Theater of Operations. Furthermore, he synchronized efforts to secure additional "Off-PENN" Joint Personnel Recovery Agency trainers across major Combined Commands, enhancing Personnel Recovery storyline development and seeing a 40% reduction in Personnel Recovery mission planning time. Additionally, He developed a Joint Personnel Processing Cell at Osan Air Base to support the Seventh Fleet, Joint Personnel Recovery Agency, and Joint Chiefs of Staff Training Team. This single action increased the capability of USFK reception forces and created a 90% reduction in administrative processing for forces operating away from the USFK Headquarters.
