• Negotiate leases and rental agreements on owned and leased properties.

Restoration and General Contracting company: I operated this business before Servpro. When I bought Servpro I merged this company into Servpro GC

• Lead and managed residential and commercial projects ranging from 1K to 3Million
• Worked with architects, engineers, and sub-contractors to produce residential and commercial projects on budget and within the given time frames.
• Coordinated with clients, city and state and some federal authorities to ensure compliance with codes.

• Developed, lead, and managed residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinated and worked with all departments including: marketing, sales, production, and accounts receivable.
• Produced estimates and invoices, secured permits, and ordered materials as needed.
