Provide customer assistance to ensure a positive experience and problem solving to meet all of the guests' needs.

Create Marketing material regarding campus events at SUNY Buffalo State, as well as on general health and wellness/nutrition information. Working alongside management to host events and keep dining options on campus in line with student expectations.

Provide excellent customer service to help guests find the items they need while being knowledgeable on the products and well trained on online ordering systems.

Greet customers and provide service by taking and making orders while ensuring quick and accurate delivery of orders.

Provide Care for children ages 4-10 during after school hours and summer camp. Childcare included providing games, crafts, entertainment, and snacks for children while practicing property safety guidelines.

Provide childcare to children ages 0-12 for members of the YMCA while parent use the facilities. Childcare involved providing entertainment and following nap and snack schedules as desired by the parents while ensuring safety and practicing the YMCA core values.
