I have worked for The Cheesecake Factory for over 12 years. I have been able to work my way up in the company from a server to a senior level manager. I have strong knowledge in all aspects of the restaurant, including providing great customer service and inspiring staff to do the same. I have taken part in building sales at the Tucson location from under 9 million dollars to over 12 million dollars last year.
I've have a very strong knowledge of CrunchTime as well as many different point of sales systems.
