  • Worked as part of a team that supported Windows 10/11 workstations and network printers. Received support calls and emails from users at over 35 remote locations. 98%+ calls were resolved during the initial phone call.
  • Provided top-tier support to company executives, including email, phone, printer, and network support.
  • Helped to grow the company from two locations in 2017 to over 35 locations by the third quarter of 2024.
  • Worked with local ISP’s including Comcast, Spectrum, and Optimum, to order internet service for new locations. Coordinated the ordering process as well as scheduled the installation at our remote locations.
  • Configured the network at each Renew location, including site-to-site VPN’s(IPSec), firewall rules, DHCP configuration, DNS, and end-user VPN (OpenVPN) using PFSense routers.
  • Used TeamViewer, Jump Desktop, and NinjaOne to remotely connect and manage workstations.
  • Administered Office 365 email accounts, including creating new accounts, assigning appropriate licenses, and performing password resets.
  • Created and managed Office 365 distribution lists. Developed a Powershell script to create multiple distribution lists at once, reducing the amount of time spent configuring new distribution lists.
  • Installed and configured Synology and Netgear NAS devices. Created automated backup jobs to back up CBCT images to the NAS each night. Was responsible for checking backup progress weekly and ensuring the backups were completed correctly. Also monitored each device for hardware failures and replaced drives as needed.
  • Onboarded and offboarded employees. This included creating new Office 365 accounts, provisioning workstations and VOIP phones. I was also responsible for adding new employees to our patient management system, which allowed them to see the status of patients and upcoming appointments.
  • Configured VOIP phones and the PBX for each of the Renew locations. This consisted of provisioning new phones, assigning extensions, and creating auto attendants.
  • Installed and configured Ubiquiti UniFi wireless access points. This included installing the physical device as well as configuring wireless networks, security settings, and updating firmware as needed.
  • Administered Resilio Sync across four NAS devices. This allowed us to sync data across multiple remote locations, ensuring each location had the same files.
  • Ran and terminated Cat 6 network cable from our network room to offices and other locations that required an additional network drop.

  • Provided hardware and software support for over 50 Colorado Driver's License locations. This included phone support as well as in-person visits to the location.
  • Supported MorphoTrust hardware in all Colorado driver's license offices.
  • Traveled to Driver's license office to replace faulty hardware or install new hardware.
  • Managed local inventory and ensured we had enough spare equipment on had to meet our SLA.
  • Worked with the Colorado Department of Revenue IT department to push software and security updates to workstations using Altiris. Wrote scripts to automate the updates as well as scripts to update MorphoTrust specific programs.
