International Employee Supervisor
4 Years 1 Month- Manage up to 120 international health care professionals during arrival and onboarding process. Provide guidance and resources needed for success in their roles throughout their contract.
- Communicate with health care professionals at minimum once per quarter to touch base and investigate any concerns that may be present to create a plan of action to resolve the issue.

- Help run our Arrival Ambassador program, which focuses on connecting onshore and actively working international employees with newly arriving international employees.
- Help run our Employee of the Month program, with sorting out eligible employees, creating excel files to track data, and sending out forms for voting and reporting back to the team.
