Elevated to Assistant Manager at Champs Sports, I leveraged my bilingual proficiency and exceptional organizational skills developed from my previous positions to surpass customer service expectations. Demonstrating adaptability and a knack for team building, I led a diverse team to achieve a significant increase in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, setting a new standard for excellence within the retail sector.
My current position at Champs Sports was the result of a transfer/promotion between brands under the same corporate management. Footlocker Inc and Champs Sports have systems in place to make transitions/promotions available to cross brands and are essentially the same when it comes to operations and customer service. Footlocker Inc being the parent company of Champs Sports, The daily tasks and responsibilities were essentially identical but at a 150% scale and a much faster pace. The environment here helped develop my previous skillset but vastly improved my organizational and multitasking skills as this location/position required a very precise approach in order to maintain the high standards for customer service without falling behind operationally. A general list of our daily tasks included:
The time spent working at CVS Pharmacy taught me many new skills and helped develop many of the skills obtained from my previous job at Champs Sports and how to apply them in a vastly different environment. Some of the daily tasks I was responsible for include:
My time with Champs Sports taught and helped me develop skills in the categories of customer service, human resources, team building/maintenance, operational standards, organization, and various computer programs (microsoft teams, outlook, office, powerpoint, excel, word, onenote as well as zoom, slack, band and various ADP and UKG related programs.
