  • Achieved the following legal permits: Environmental (plant, transmission line and ash site), construction, Maritime Port Authority, Archaeological, Ministry of health and other government agencies
  • Overcoming of strong opposition to the project generated by a political party and an environmental organization linked to it
  • Established and leaded a project of socio-environmental corporate responsibility, which looked at the analysis, selection, development and implementation of a skills training project, mainly in Occupational Health and Safety
  • The project was fully developed but AES Corp decided to not participate on international energy bid process promoted by a cluster of utility companies from El Salvador, so the project was abandoned

  • I achieved the establishment of standardized procedures of EHSS and O&M Preventive
  • In 4 years of my tenure there was not a serious accident and the company performance regarding EHSS was excellent
