I was a property manager of 8 apartment complexes with a total of 66 units located in Milwaukee area. I was responsible for a myriad of duties including showing apartments, evictions, apartment turnovers, outside sanitation pickup, cleanliness of all 8 buildings, including basements. My duties included vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and tenant communication. I monitored the parking lots for cars that did not have the correct sticker to park in our parking lot. I conducted regular inspections of all tenants apartments. Lastly, I did all necessary tasks required of me by the owner.

I was third shift stocker. I was responsible for making sure all cardboard and other materials were baled. I unloaded the trucks using the pallet jack. I stocked the shelves. I maintained facility cleanliness. I assisted in the opening of 3 other Pick n Save locations.
