Since 2007 I have worked in the local church to develop, and grow ministries into places the next generation wants to be. While creating systems that allow them to grow into mature believers that love and support the church and mission from Christ, to go and make disciples! This has been accomplished by always being willing to wear multiple ”hats” and grow into roles such as preaching and running service while senor staff have been out or unavailable. Or setting up systems for ministries to fill the cracks between them. The heart is the success of the local church in their communities.
