I started as a service tech changing tires, doing flat repairs and tire rotations on cars or trucks. Even repairing wheel studs. Worked my way up the management positions to a marketing manager handling sales and reports with where we need to be as a store to profit on all gauges per company wide. Currently I work with customer service mostly doing sales and having great customer service with each person that walks through the front door. I’m great at figuring out solutions for customers to find best options in order to keep them safe on the road by purchasing the right product needed for their vehicle’s. Great communication and training with our team ensuring each vehicle is done with the main focus on safety and quality for our team and our customers. Very knowledgeable with everything discount tire has to offer from service side to sales side. As a manager I have high expectations and standards that I hold each employee accountable throughout the day. I am very approachable for help and training situations. People tend to come to me for help and guidance on things they don’t know when needed.

I worked for a private general contractor doing construction work. I did bathroom remodels consisting of tear down to hanging new walls. During that process I have done plumbing, dry wall and even tile work. Fencing and decking were a large amount of the jobs we had. I have used lots of different power tools during the process. Great with working with my hands and head, thinking of safety first. I was eager to learn new things everyday and become more knowledgeable in construction.
