During my time at Yogibo LLC, I have been a sales associate, sales floor lead (SFL), and now, assistant manager (ASM). In all three positions I have learned a stupendous amount of knowledge regarding the ins and outs of sales and the art of establishing a personal relationship with another individual. It is my personal favorite and most enjoyed job to date as a Communications Major. My tasks at Yogibo include but are not limited to:

• Developing a loyal customer base through personalized interactions, increasing repeat business in-store visits.
• Prioritizing a healthy work environment that produces a chemistry of welcoming and belonging between both the team and customers.
• Paying close attention to details in conversation to hear buzzwords, asking questions that put the product in the mind of the customer and genuinely caring about the life of the person in front of me.
• Tracking employee attendance and punctuality, addressing repeat problems quickly to prevent long-term habits.
• Building and assembling Yogibo products for quality.
• Keeping up with the day-to-day tasks of the store and adjusting any issues in a timely and orderly fashion.
• Communicating with upper management to maintain a flow of organization and healthy working relationships.

• Seasonal summer position
• Supervise and entertain campers
• Make sure every camper is accounted for and participate in activities with them
• Keep parents connected and communicate well with other counselors and the campers

• Communicated with big name clients such as Proctor & Gamble, Energizer, and Clorox that their products were being sold and merchandised as intended
• Stocked, organized, and communicated with Sam's Club managers and team members to carry out operations

• Consolidator and personal shopper for ShopRite from home department
• Gathered and organized orders to be loaded into customers' vehicles
• Worked as a team to ensure orders were shopped and delivered to customers on time
• Worked as an essential worker during Covid-19 Pandemic
