  • Since approximately March of 2018 till present day I have been operating the 3 Sort UID area.
  • 3 Sort UID has seen major growth since 2018.
  • Started out with 4-6 associates , and currently has 8-12 associates .
  • Through observations, coaching, and accountability I believe I have increased quality, and volume being produced in 3 Sort UID .
  • Partnering with the Trouble team I have successfully learned how to Identify, and resolve trouble to help ensure quality merchandise is sent to our stores.
