Take care of adults with mental deficiencies in basic aspects such as personal cleanliness, food, exercise and others.

• My work is to give courses to the Faculty (Pastoral Consul, Revelation, Cults and Rites, Homiletics, Pastoral leadership and administration, Chaplaincy), and take care of the pastoral practice of all the students
• I have taught Old Testament courses and Hebrew for the last two years.

• Worked as District Pastor
• I faced the remodeling of the inner and outside parts of the church, plus curt
• Did it in five months
• Managed a Center of Influence for almost two years
• Grew up from 12 to 25 small groups in eight months.

• Formed 40 small groups in my District (There were 23 small groups when I started)
• Baptized 254 people in that year
• Did three evangelistic meetings (two big ones)
• Mobilized the laity and formed a new congregation.

• I managed three organized churches and 5 five congregations
• By the end of the year, I planted two more congregations

• Worked for a year, in charge of 4 organized churches and a congregation.

• Started to give classes at the Faculty
• My area was missions and Evangelism
• I did teach personal evangelism, public evangelism, homiletics, church growth and lay mobilization, stewardship, biblical doctrines, leadership, pastoral practices for the second and fourth year, introduction to the new testament, theology of the sabbath, church history, community service
• Went to Peru to do my Masters's degree
• Finished it in 2015
• I handled the Adventist Volunteer Service for four years; the church growth institute

• Worked for two years, baptized 242 people the first year, and 100 plus the second
• Opened three new congregations.
