This was a great project, where i got my first shot at running a concrete structure package. I was in charge of daily activities, 6 week look ahead pull planning, OAC meetings, and inputting RFI's. This project challenged me in many ways but by the end of our project we made over profit than our buisness model had planned also, finishing structure on schedule with ZERO safety recordables.

This was my first stand alone superintendent project where i was the only one on site every day. I am very pleased with how this project ran and was complete 1 month ahead of schedule as well as making 8% profit where our forecast was 4%!! Also, this was yet another great project with ZERO safety recordables.
LG Chem- 1B
This is my current project where I am in charge of the interior office buildout, outbuildings ,as well as outbuilding civil connections. This project is by far the largest site i have ever been on, currently having 800-1k poeple on site every single day.
Cordell Hull State Capital Parking Garage- This was my first project as a superintendent. We successfully completed this project with little to no lay down area and actually built a 5 story parking garage vertically in half and then came back and built to the new structure that we had completed. this project also contained boring 300 yards underneath the state capital and connecting to existing corridors. the structure itself is 5 stories with 3.5 stories underground and is 100% concealed with pre cast panels from street level. This project was about 25% complete when i stepped on the site and i was there until completion. total time on jobsite- 1 year
Airport Logistics Park- This project really taught me a lot as we were a turn key gc for 14 warehouses. ranging anywhere from 50k sq. ft. to 950k sq. ft. each of these warehouses had between 2-8 different tenant spaces in them. i was in charge of everything from schedules, verifying in field coordination of plans and trade partners. from footings to turning keys over to tenants and everything in between.
I was on this project from day 1- 100% complete.

Originally hired as a laborer, I quickly was promoted into the role of carpenter and by the end of the project I was our lead carpenter.
Bridgestone Tower
I got to this project as construction was still in the structure phase. I jumped into the concrete team and quickly found myself taking on more and more resposibility. eventually, I took over as carpenter foreman and was in charge of forming columns the day after concrete slab pours, forming, bracing, climbing and pouring concrete columns became my life's work for the next year until topping out the 36 floor high rise. After structure was complete i got to stay with the team and start running interior MEP trades.
