  • During my seasonal time there I managed/administered IT inventory that ranged from 100-300 devices. I was tasked with distributing the necessary equipment to colleagues and staff when they came by my distributing station. While doing so I scanned their IDs and logged the time it was taken out and returned. I took note of who did not return equipment and denied them of taking equipment until it was returned back. Some equipment that I handled are Honeywell CT40 XP , Motorola Symbol MC3000 PDA, Zebra ZQ620 DT Printer , Zebra RFD8500 Bluetooth Handheld, and a few other devices. Additionally the equipment returned was to be sanitized and put back in their charging station for next time use. Any error or malfunction that was caused was to be fixed. If I couldn't, I would ticket for a more thorough inspection for repair. While I was there I managed to develop more sophisticated knowledge of the tech big retail giants have in their assets. As well as properly handle many different procedures that are required.
