Daniel White

In my role I work as part of a team that maintains the Computerized Criminal History system (CCH), which is the third largest criminal record depository in the United States. I handle arrest cards from all over the state of Florida and ensure that arrest statistics and fingerprints are accurately entered into CCH, and if they are not, I process them into the system though a multi-step sequence that ensures accuracy. As part of this team I am able to help the citizens, employers and law enforcement agencies all over the state have accurate information on individuals. I frequently use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook in my job at FDLE.

At Chick-Fil-A I gained a wealth of leadership and teamwork skills. I worked my way up from a Team Member, to a Certified Trainer, to a Team Leader at my store. In my various roles I was able to work in a face-paced environment that was centered around catering to customers needs.
During my time I:
•Became one of the few to be promoted to leadership while in high school in the 25 year history of the store
•Led shifts during record sales hours-usually around $3,000
•Worked with higher management to accomplish specific goals to improve the workplace environment and the experience for guests
•Guided new hires through the training process and tracked their development
•Oversaw the preparation and delivery of large catering orders
•Worked with guests to resolve complaints
