  • Led the Infection Prevention Program starting in June '23. Initiated walk throughs of the ASC for safe management of care equipment, safe management of environment, and inspection of proper hand hygiene/ppe. Held monthly meetings with staff covering my findings and facilitated changes to better comply with infection control practices.
  • Assisted my Clinical Coordinator in our bi-annual Quality Improvement (QI) studies, through data collection, data entry, and through analyzation of the data to better improve our patient's clinical experience.

  • Administered IV moderate sedation (VERSED, FENTANYL) and monitored patients closely through HR, BP, O2, RR, heart rhythm, and sedation level. Administered reversal medications if patient had adverse symptoms to moderate sedation.
  • Monitoring patients in PACU after moderate sedation and reeducating them on discharge instructions.
  • Following up with each patient the day after to see their process as well as answer any questions and relay any information to the MD.
