My professional journey has given me a unique combination of leadership, business, psychology, and early childhood education experience. I began my career at Vita Montessori School in Tijuana, where I completed my one year professional practicum for my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, followed by one year as a classroom teacher. During this time, I developed a strong foundation in Montessori philosophy, child observation, classroom management, and creating nurturing learning environments that support each child’s individual development.
During this time, I developed a strong foundation in Montessori philosophy, child observation, classroom management, and creating nurturing learning environments that support each child’s individual development.
Afterward, I joined ANDREA, where I transitioned into a leadership role in sales management. There, I strengthened my skills in team leadership, communication, problem solving, customer relationship management, training, and strategic planning. Leading high-performing teams taught me responsibility, adaptability, organization, and the importance of motivating others with empathy and respect qualities that have become invaluable in my work with children, families, and colleagues.
Most recently, I have been working at Montessori Explorer School for the past six months, where I have continued expanding my experience in early childhood education. In this role, I have supported classroom instruction, worked with children across different developmental stages, collaborated with lead teachers, communicated with families, assisted with daily school operations, and gained valuable experience in authentic Montessori practices within an American educational setting.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently completing my Montessori Guide certification, further strengthening my knowledge of child development, Montessori philosophy, and evidence-based educational practices. My diverse professional experiences have taught me that meaningful growth whether in a team or in a child is built through patience, observation, consistency, and individualized support.
I am passionate about fostering children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development while creating positive, engaging, and respectful learning environments where every child feels safe, confident, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.
