•Supervise a team of overnight officers in managing high-acuity patients within emergency mental health (EMH) units and behavioral health departments.
•Conduct and oversee continuous 1:1 monitoring of patients under suicide watch, with violent tendencies, or at risk for elopement.
•Collaborate directly with psychiatric nurses, social workers, and EMH clinicians to respond to behavioral crises, provide safety support during mental health evaluations, and execute safety protocols during high-stress situations.
•Lead shift change briefings, delegate assignments, and review behavioral incident reports to ensure seamless 24/7 patient care continuity.
