Job Description

I supervised all aspects of Studio operations, overseeing the management and expansion of various revenue streams, as well as the acquisition and retention of new members. My responsibilities included staff management and development, lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking, and the implementation of a sales process to schedule prospects for introductory classes and membership sales. Additionally, I managed the staff schedule, collaborated with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts for studio retail/products, and supervised sales representatives. Proficient in ClubReady, I handled revenue reports, attendance reports, and independently made decisions related to high-level customer service.

I took charge of collecting outstanding dues, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio, and enforcing Club Pilates policies and procedures. I ensured that all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature were adequately stocked and visible. I actively participated in scheduling and engaging in networking/community events and studio promotions. My role also involved strategically managing marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio, demonstrating confidence in personal sales, and providing training to sales representatives.

I possessed the ability to manage and drive revenue in four streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. Fluency in English, excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone, and via email, were crucial aspects of my role.
