Established and performed training for new incoming staff, and current staff on supports with individuals with disabilities. Increased current staffing skills with Continuing Education, Updates on certificates required by WAC/RCW; Red Cross First Aid/CPR, Blood borne pathogens, medication delegations, documentation, and mandatory reporting for vulnerable adults and children. Includes 40 hour teaching curriculum provided by the Washington State Department of Health and Social. Services. Supported person with identifying Goals, and how Staff can best support them. Taught basic American Sign Language to new and current staff, with curriculum and self-made training videos.

• Supported living staff for those with disabilities in daily lives, community and in their homes. Provided personal care, catheter/colostomy care, transportation to dr appointments, and mental health services. Followed BBP and PPE guidelines. Knowledge of Therap documentation technology. Documentation entries, review of documentation and controlled substances. Supported efficient communication between main office and co-workers.
